New Company, New Perspective

After more than two decays of consecutive presence and experience in properties and constructions, mostly as engineers and developers, we founded our new company GRISS (Greek Realty Integrated Solutions & Services) in Thessaloniki in 2014.

Adopting new practices, new methods and modern tools of research, promotion and property management, fully harmonized with the new Greek and European corporate law and agents-brokers law, we aim to provide quality and integrated services in the field of real estate. Alongside we always remain faithful to fundamental moral values with absolute respect and adherence to the rules of professional ethics in order to always build trust, integrity and safeguard the interests of our clients.

The orientation of the company is to provide high quality, personalized real estate services, aiming at individuals with high financial liquidity and high quality property portfolio, as well as to retail, commercial, industrial and service providing companies, leaders in their fields.

In commercial real estate sector, the company is focused on AAA retail stores and luxury office spaces on high end streets while in residential field the company primarily focuses on high quality properties (luxury houses, apartments and maisonettes) in specific classy areas as well as high quality tourist properties and holiday homes.
