The company manages and promotes both residential and commercial properties and land throughout the Greek territory. The selection of properties will take to manage is done by carefully evaluating the quality characteristics of a property and not only criteria such as the size or value of a property. A necessary condition for cooperation is the agreement to a minimum extent between company’s view and potential client’s expectations. In any case, unlike the competition, we prefer to deny an assignment if we do not believe that we can provide adequate and effective services and bring the results that will justify our efforts. The company also seeks for exclusive assignments (act as sole agent) in certain cases; a practice that has been proved to lead to optimal results.
The number of properties that will take to manage is not a goal in itself for us and in contrary to the general practice we avoid extensive web postings of total company’s property portfolio. This is done several times for reasons of confidentiality and avoiding interest conflict issues with both our customers and associates colleagues who promote the same property. Furthermore, the continuous updating of a portfolio with hundreds of properties in which data and availability vary daily, has been proved to be impossible in practice. To avoid false impressions or give wrong real time information (on line) on critical data such as sale-lease prices and availability, we prefer most times to provide the up to date accurate data after a specific expression of interest. A typical example of the above is that the same properties appear multiple times in different real estate agents websites and various real estate portals or ads, with completely different characteristics, especially prices, leading to customer’s confusion and friction between real estate agents, owners and prospective buyers or tenants.
